LITTLE BRITAIN, ON, March 16, 2020 – Ruralwave & Kawartha Cable COVID-19 Response

Ruralwave and Kawartha Cable have been closely monitoring the developments around COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and the impact on Canadians.  Our top priority is to our employees and customers.  We have undertaken several actions to ensure the health of our employees as well the continued service availability of our phone, cable, TV and Internet services.
We recognize that your phone and internet services will be in high demand over the next few weeks.  Ruralwave and Kawartha Cable will extend unlimited services for the next 30 days to all our customers. 
Rest assured we are taking every measure to continue to provide the services and support you require.  As of today, our offices remain open and we will continue our support and service teams.  We will be continuing remote support for our products and our field staff have been provided with gloves and wipes to disinfect devices inside the home.  We are however limiting social contact with our customers on-site please provide our crews a wide space and inform us prior to entry to the home of any signs of symptoms.
With demands on our services expected to increase over the next few weeks, as always, Ruralwave and Kawartha Cable will continue to maintain and support network functions as an essential service.
