Last Friday, we attended the Women’s Resources flag-raising ceremony, where the organization launched their “Open The Door” Capital Campaign to raise funds for renovating its newly acquired building on Logie Street.
Ruralwave and Cable Cale each presented a $2500 donation. Through our Rogers tv Kawartha-North Durham channel, we’re also producing a segment about Women’s Resources and their work in the community, which will air in December.
