Mit is responsible for support and network services within Ruralwave. If you have contacted support in the past year you like have spoke with Mit at some point. During the busy COVID months Mit was monitoring our network and providing support to customers from our office in Little Britain. You would normally find him digging around in network performance tools and setting up routing and access for customers. He is one of the team of 20 enabling Ruralwave to support our ultrafast Rural Internet Fibre and Wireless Internet Network. During a network outage you like would find Mit support our field support locate and troubleshoot a problem to resolve the outage in the most efficient way possible. Having started as a field technician Mit is very aware of home setups, fibre and tower installations and put that knowledge to work. Everyday Mit puts his knowledge to work moving packets as fast as physics will allow and goes above and beyond to assist his colleagues. During the pandemic Mit worked remote from home on the job supporting our customers and helped to keep you and your family connected to the things you love using our next generation of the Ruralwave Ultra Fast Internet Network.
