Ruralwave, a recognized leader in rural broadband, today announced the completion of their “Fibre To The Home (FTTH)” project for more than 100 households and businesses in Scugog Point. “Everyone who wants high speed Internet in Scugog Point can now get it.’” said Ruralwave’s founder and Operations Manager, Dan Risebrough Barnes.
Ruralwave broke ground in September 2019. Since then, five local employees have connected over 20 kilometres of fibre cables throughout this community in the Township of Scugog within the Regional Municipality of Durham.
